RETURNS 

Our policy lasts 7 days. Customers can request a free return until 7 days have gone by since their order has been delivered. 

We will provide a free return for any damaged/defective items as long as any claims are placed within 7 days from the time item has been delivered to the customer.

We will also provide a free return if we have sent the customer a wrong size or color variant of a product as long as any claims are placed within 7 days from the time item has been delivered to the customer.

Upon request, we can also provide a free exchange for a different size or variant as long as any claims are placed within 7 days from the time item has been delivered to the customer.

If you want to place a claim for damaged/defective item, wrong size or variant delivery or exchange for a different size or variant, please write an email to uros@deniceroma.com. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you want to return a product, please send your order number you can find in your invoice to: uros@deniceroma.com. If your product can be returned, you will receive the return procedure instructions and be issued a full refund once you return a product.

Not all products can be returned, some items can only be returned if they are damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Gift cards
  • Products worn, washed or damaged by customer

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
