SHIPPING

Express Shipping is free for all Denice Roma customers and takes 2-5 business days.

Orders placed on Denice Roma will be delivered from Monday to Friday. We ship to all countries that are part of the European Union:

* NOTICE: Orders shipping to Malta can take up to 8 days.

ORDERS

After placing an order you will receive an email from us containing all the details about your order. 

According to the Denice Roma retail network, we are supplying our inventory from our various number of partners (retail network). Ordering multiple products from Denice Roma could result in delivery of the ordered items in separate postal packages.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. In some cases it might take up to 2 days to dispatch your order. We always keep our customers updated about their order status trough email and/or SMS depending on the customers preference.

DUTIES & TAXES

Taxes are included in your order. You don’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

CANCELATION

In case you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at uros@deniceroma.com or call us at +386 41 332 142. We strive to process our orders fast. If your order will be already dispatched, we can offer you a free return or exchange.
